Tá traidisiún láidir ceoil againn i nGaelcholáiste na Mara, idir cheol traidisiúnta agus phopcheol. Bíonn deiseanna ag daltaí páirt a ghlacadh in imeachtaí ceoil na scoile i rith na bliana tríd an gclub amhránaíochta, an banna ceoil traidisiúnta, an comórtas Scléip, Feis Cheoil an Inbhir Mhóir, canadh carúl, Ceolchoirm na Nollag, ceardlanna ceoil agus neart ócáidí eile. Bíonn na daltaí lárnach i saol ceoil na scoile.
We have a strong musical tradition in Gaelcholáiste na Mara, including both traditional music and pop music. Students have opportunities to take part in the school’s musical activities throughout the year through the singing club, the traditional music group, the Scléip competition, Feis Cheoil an Inbhir Mhóir, carol singing, the Christmas Concert, music workshops and many other events. Students are central to the musical life of the school.
