The TY girls began a programme on women in sport. They are learning how to play spikeball, a new simplified version of volleyball. They have completed one skills session with Jessie from volleyball Ireland and also have completed a full coaching day and are now able to coach younger students. They will be going out to local primary schools over the next six weeks to teach the students spikeball and at the end of these six weeks they hope to host a spikeball blitz including all the students they've coached.
